HeadshotDeck is a DossierDeck tool. DossierDeck is an independent software studio operated by its founder.

1. AI Processing & Local Browser Storage

Your photo is sent over an encrypted connection to Google's Gemini API to generate your headshot. HeadshotDeck does not store your photo or generated headshots on its servers; they are kept only in your browser (IndexedDB) so your preview survives checkout. Clear your browser data to delete them. Google processes API requests under the Gemini API terms and does not use paid API data to train its models.

2. Analytics & Advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and ad performance. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland these only run after you accept cookies. When you buy, a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email is sent to Google Ads to measure conversions (enhanced conversions). You can change cookie choices anytime via 'Cookie settings' in the footer.

3. Payments & 30-Day Refund Policy

Stripe handles all card data. One-time $4.99 payment for a 24-hour pass (up to 10 HD renders). No subscription. Charges appear as DOSSIERDECK. Every purchase is backed by our 30-Day Refund Policy for a full refund within 30 days.
